Sarah joined the DAN Department of Management and Organizational Studies in 2014. She completed her Masters and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Western University. Her graduate work focused on work teams and, in particular, knowledge exchange in teams. Her main interests are in how human resources and organizational behaviour topics are presented in the popular press and the importance of an evidence-based approach to management.
