Students in the DAN Department of Management & Organizational Studies can pursue a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) degree through a variety of program pathways, including Honours Specialization, Honours Double Major, and Specialization options. DAN Management combines evidence-based management education with a strong social science foundation, preparing students to understand and lead organizations in an increasingly complex world. Students can specialize in areas such as Accounting, Commercial Aviation Management, Consumer Behaviour, Finance, Human Resource Management, and Management & Legal Studies. This interdisciplinary approach equips graduates with the analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills needed for a wide range of careers in business, government, and the non-profit sector.
