Consumer Behavior
Consumer Behaviour explores the factors that influence how and why people make purchasing decisions. Students examine topics such as consumer psychology, decision-making, personality, culture, values, and lifestyle, while learning how organizations use these insights to develop effective marketing strategies. This program equips students with a strong understanding of consumer needs and behaviour, preparing them for careers in marketing, market research, brand management, advertising, and customer experience.
Enrollment in the Consumer Behavior Honours Specialization and Honours Double Major modules is competitive; meeting the minimum admission requirements does not guarantee acceptance into these programs. Students interested in pursuing a Consumer Behavior module are encouraged to consult with a DAN Management academic advisor to explore program options, review admission requirements, and determine the pathway that best aligns with their academic and career goals.
