Graduating in June? Deadline: April 30
APPLICATION TO GRADUATE IN THE SPRING 2015 CONVOCATION
You should only fill out an application to graduate if you plan to have successfully completed all your graduation requirements by the end of April 2015. Please note: eligibility to graduate will be determined based on all modules of the program you are in when you apply (e.g. major, minor, specialization).
All students meeting the above criteria must apply to graduate by logging into the Student Center.
The Application to Graduate will be available starting February 2, 2015.
Once you login, Under “Academics” then “My Academics” select “Apply for Graduation” – Please follow the on screen instructions

Students on Letter of Permission or Exchange must submit their grades to the Office of the Registrar by no later than May 1, 2015 in order to graduate in the Spring 2015 Convocation.
Note: Please ensure that your address is up to date in order for you to receive further convocation information. Address changes must be completed online through the Student Center.
During the application to graduate process, you should verify the way your name is officially recorded. Name change requests with appropriate documentation will be accepted until May 1, 2015.
The Deadline to apply for the Spring 2015 Convocation is April 30, 2015.
