Timelines & Recruitment
Western's DAN Management Internship Program offers employers flexibility regarding recruitment timelines and activities. We do not utilize a rank-and-match system, meaning you may post, interview, and extend offers without restriction.
2023-2024 Internship Recruitment Dates
- 2023-2024 student cohort can start between May and September 2024
- Work terms are 8 - 16 months in length
- Students have completed at least 3 years of full-time studies; students return to school to complete their final year of study in September 2025.

Job Postings: Postings accepted annually from November to mid-August on Western Connect or email: HireSocialSci@uwo.ca with your postings.
Interviews: To arrange interviews, please fill out the Interview Request Form or email: interviews@uwo.ca. If you choose to contact students directly, please notify HireSocialSci@uwo.ca of the selected candidate.
Offers: We will present employment offers right away to students, with a 48 hour response time. Internship job offers are submitted through our Job Offer Form.
